Dunkeld Way began construction in 2007 and consists of 32 custom crafted Cluster Homes built by Custom Home Builder Glenangus Homes. While similar on the outside, each home has its unique style and design of 3 & 4 bedroom homes, many with complete with finished lower levels, elevators, custom moldings, with many having beautiful views of MGCC's 14th & 15th fairways. Quarterly dues that are paid by The Dunkeld Group ($525.00), are in addition to the yearly Glenangus Homeowners Association dues of $484.00 as of 1/1/21, cover the cost of exterior painting, snow removal, twice a week trash & recycling pick up. Additionally, the dues also cover lawn care, mulching & pruning the fronts of each Cluster as well as spring/summer flowers. Dunkeld Way, along with all of the other Cluster Homes in Glenangus are governed by the Glenangus Guidlines and Standards as well as a recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions as it relates to Land Use, Architectural Control and Common Areas.
